Care Coordinator
Position: Care Coordinator
Location: Plymouth & Torpoint
Starting Annual Salary: £29,995.87
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Essential: Driving licence, 2 years experience in a care setting, 2 years experience in management role
Due to recent expansion we are recruiting for a Care Coordinator position within our award winning organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and progressive management team. Your role will involve managing Practice Leaders within New Direction Support who, in turn, develop staff and ensure that service user’s are supported to improve their quality of life and quality of sleep.
